How can I cancel my order?
At Astrobhaskar, we prioritize customer satisfaction and transparency in the order cancellation process. In the rare case that you’re dissatisfied with the authenticity or quality of the products purchased from us, we are happy to initiate a refund for the value of the product. However, please note the following conditions:
Online Cancellation Process
Customers are not able to cancel their orders directly through the website. For any cancellation requests or queries, please contact our CRM team who will assist you in processing the cancellation.
How long will it take to process my cancellation request?
Once a cancellation request is received, please allow 1-2 business days for us to process it. The refund will typically be initiated within 3-4 days after we receive the returned item(s) in good condition. If you opt for a bank transfer for your refund, the process may take 7-10 business days to reflect in your account after we receive the returned item(s).
Can I cancel a part of my order?
No, unfortunately, partial cancellations are not allowed. You must cancel the entire order.
How can I request a refund via bank transfer for a cancelled product?

How do I return an item purchased on Astrobhaskar?
Our return policy is designed with customer satisfaction in mind. If you’d like to return a product, please send it back in its original condition (unopened and undamaged), at your own cost, using a courier service. Astrobhaskar will not be liable for any returns if the product is damaged, tampered with, or defective when received.
Please note: Customized products made according to customer specifications are not eligible for returns or refunds under any circumstances.
How will I receive a refund if I paid via COD (Cash on Delivery)?
If you paid by COD, please contact us via phone at Toll-Free: 1800 102 9098 (India only) or email us at consult@astrobhaskar.com to initiate the refund process. After we receive the returned product in its original condition, we will process the refund via NEFT (bank transfer).

How will I receive a refund if I paid via Debit Card?
If you paid by Debit Card, please contact our customer support team either via phone or email at consult@astrobhaskar.com with your bank account details as mentioned above. Upon receiving the returned product in its original condition, the refund will be processed directly into your bank account.
Note: Customized products cannot be refunded or exchanged under any circumstances.
How will I receive a refund if I paid via Credit Card?
If you paid using a Credit Card, please reach out to us via phone or email at consult@astrobhaskar.com. After we have received the returned item(s) in original condition, the refund will be credited back to the same Credit Card used for the purchase.
Note: Customized products are not eligible for refunds or exchanges.
Refund Procedure for Homas/Poojas:
All Homas (Fire Labs) and Poojas conducted by Astrobhaskar are performed in strict accordance with Vedic procedures by priests trained and initiated in the rituals. If, by mistake, your name or birth star is omitted from a group Homa/Pooja during a special event, we will include it in the next available Fire Lab/Pooja.
If you are not satisfied with this resolution, you can request a refund for the amount paid.
