Astrobhaskar’s Shipping Methods for Products and Prasad

We offer both domestic (within India) and international shipping options for our customers. Whether you’re ordering a product or prasad related to a service, we strive to deliver it using standard or express shipping methods. However, please note that certain countries and products may have specific shipping restrictions due to international shipping policies.


Shipping Timeframes

For Products:

  • Domestic Shipments (Within India): Orders are shipped from our facility in Chennai, Tamil Nadu, 7 working days after the order is placed, which includes the energization process. Once dispatched, delivery is expected within 7 working days.
  • International Shipments: For international orders, we begin processing and shipping your product 7 working days after the order is placed, including the energization process. The estimated delivery time for international shipments is 3 to 4 weeks, depending on the destination country.

For Special Services (Prasad/Product):

  • Domestic Shipments: Prasad and related products are shipped from Chennai, Tamil Nadu, 7 working days after the completion of the associated rituals. During large events or promotional periods, processing times may be slightly longer due to the need to source prasad from sacred Powerspots. We appreciate your understanding and patience during these times.
  • Shipping Time Estimates: The actual delivery time depends on the shipping method you select and the destination. Domestic shipments within India typically take 7 working days, while international shipments may take 3 to 4 weeks. Please be aware that these are approximate timeframes, and actual delivery times may vary due to factors such as customs delays or other unforeseen circumstances.

Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are calculated based on the product’s size, weight, and the delivery destination. Shipping charges will be clearly displayed during checkout, prior to placing your order.

For packages that include Prasad as part of the service, or for eligible Homas, shipping is free. This will be noted on our website when you place your order.

International Shipping:
We offer international shipping, but please note that Astrobhaskar is not responsible for any delays or additional customs fees, taxes, or duties incurred during the customs clearance process.


Order Tracking

Once your order has been shipped, you can track its progress by logging into your Astrobhaskar account and visiting the My Orders section. A tracking number will be provided to help you monitor your shipment. Please note that the tracking information is updated based on the details provided by the shipping carrier. If you would like to track your shipment, you can visit the official website of India Post and enter your tracking number.


Lost or Damaged Shipments

If your product arrives damaged or if you experience a lost shipment, please contact our Customer Support team at support@astrobhaskar.com within 2 working days of receiving the product. We will work with the shipping carrier to resolve the issue and may request relevant documentation, such as:

  • Photographs of the damaged product.
  • A video of the product opening.
  • A damaged goods report (if applicable).

Once the investigation is completed, we will take the necessary actions to address your concern.
